Humber Bay Shores Precinct Plan

Precinct Plan was prepared to support the development of the Humber Bay Shores area in the City of Toronto. The development occupies an approximate area of 7.9 hectares and features approximately 5000 residential units.

The project involved the detailed design of a subdivision of high-rise buildings, bounded by Lake Shore Boulevard West and Marine Parade Drive, comprised of eight residential/commercial high-rise blocks, including municipal roads. The supporting documentation included Official Plan Amendment, rezoning, draft plan of subdivision and site plans. Implementation of the Precinct Plan required the development of strata ownership and easement concept under the public ROW; block wide grading; sanitary capacity analysis; and stormwater, sanitary, and water supply servicing solutions.
