Phase I of the Milton East Partnership Lands is a 360 lot Residential Subdivision located in the
Milton East Urban Expansion area and is situated west of James Snow Parkway and south of
Highway 401.
Existing sanitary sewage allocation permitted Phase I to proceed before the
Halton Urban Expansion Sanitary Sewer was constructed by the Region of Halton.
The stormwater pond designed for this initial phase was based on current stormwater
management techniques and was subjected to the existing outlet south of Main
Street. A two stage approach was implemented in order to accommodate an
ultimate design configuration upon completion to the Town of Milton downstream
implememnts in early 2004.
