Hacik Tozcu, (P.Eng) joined Schaeffers in 1983 as a Project Engineer. In 1990 Hacik became the chief municipal design engineer, and presently supervises and guides the Design Department. As a Design Engineer, he is responsible for designing Residential and Industrial Subdivisions with Sanitary and Storm Sewers, Waterworks, Road and other related services. He applies and secures approvals for projects from Municipalities and other government agencies, such as Ministries of Environment, Natural Resources and Transportation. He prepares complete contract documents including Bill of quantities for tendering the projects. With over 30 years of engineering experience, he plays an important role in the Schaeffers team.
